干摩擦及原油润滑条件下丁腈橡胶-钢摩擦副的磨损机理研究 被引量:14

摘要 采用MPV-600型微机控磨粒磨损实验机观察干摩擦及原油润滑条件下不同转速对丁腈橡胶磨损行为的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明:干摩擦条件下丁腈橡胶的摩擦系数随转速的增加先减少再增加,主要磨损机理为粘着磨损;原油润滑条件下丁腈橡胶的摩擦系数是随转速的增加先增加后减少而后又增加,主要磨损机理为湿磨粒磨损;同时原油介质的腐蚀性及溶胀作用对橡胶摩擦磨损规律具有直接影响。试验结果对合理选择工作参数以提高橡胶-金属摩擦副的整体寿命具有实际意义。 Wear behavior of NBR and its mechanism treated by different velocity were studied in dry sliding and oil lubricating condition using a MPV-600-type compute-controlled abrasive wear test machine.The results showed that:In dry sliding condition,the friction coefficient of NBR decreased with the increase of velocity and then increased,the mechanism under the condition of dry sliding was mainly adhesive damage;In oil lubricating condition,the friction coefficient of NBR increased with the increase of velocity and then reduced subsequently increased again,the main wear mechanism was wet-abrasive damage;At the same time oil medium's corrosive and swelling of the rubber was important to tribological behavior of NBR.The results of the test had a practical meaning to improve the overall life of NBR-steel pair by using rational working parameters.
