摘要
使用Solid Works对滑座的四种方案进行了三维建模,采用ANSYS Workbench对各滑座模型进行了静刚度分析,确定出了较优的滑座模型,并运用ANSYS Design Xplorer对其进行了优化设计,保证了滑座的静刚度要求,使滑座的质量在原有的基础上降低10%。
Four 3D models of the slide of the high-speed vertical machining center are created in Solid Works and transferred into ANSYS Workbench by using the connection between them.In ANSYS Workbench,the static stiffness of the slide is analyzed.Then,the model which has the best static Stiffness is optimized in ANSYS DesignXplorer.Comparing with the original design,10% of the weight of the optimized structure is reduced.
