基于ANSYS的ZK5150型钻床工作台有限元静动态分析与尺寸优化 被引量:8

摘要 针对ZK5150型钻床的工作台各种工况进行了分析,采用APDL参数化设计语言建立有限元模型,进行有限元静动态分析;然后在满足工作台原来强度和刚度不下降的前提下对其进行尺寸优化设计,使工作台应力分布趋于更加合理,工作台的质量下降了7.34%,取得了很好的优化效果。 Adopting Parametric Design Language APDL,the paper set up finite element model to analyze the worst working condition according to various working conditions of tem ZK5150 Drilling machine worktable.And then we carried through optimization design for the dimensions on the condition of satisfying the original strength and stiffness,which has good results that make the worktable's stress distribution much more reasonable and the mass of worktable has reduced 7.34%.
