摘要
提出了一种使用普通蜗杆砂轮数控加工特殊齿廓齿轮的方法;针对要求加工的特殊齿廓,提出了一种基于数值算法的渐开线旋转定位方法;利用砂轮的径向、切向联动变位原理,研究了基于六轴五联动数控系统采用普通蜗杆砂轮磨削特殊齿廓齿轮的联动控制模型,给出了实时插补脉冲量计算方法;并编制了相应的计算机仿真程序,验证了该加工方法的可行性,从而实现普通蜗杆砂轮高效地磨削特殊齿廓齿轮。
Based on using standard involute worm grinding wheel,the new method which revolves around modifying special profile gear by grinding was studied.According to the special profile gear,a new profile-positioning method,which calculates the rotation angle of profile based on numerical principle,is proposed.Moreover,it has been studied that a six axes five linkage controlling model to which an interpolation method is attached by orthogonal link-movement principle.And the model was proved to be effective by the computer simulation.
