随着计算机图形显示设备各项技术指标的提高，各种应用软件中镶嵌图片的功能越来越强．为此，图象源的获取、加工、保管等成为人们关心的问题．由于摄象可对现场事件进行连续性记录，用摄象机获取实地景物图象源则成为获取原始资料的常用方式．针对这一原始资料获取方式，研究了摄象信息的数字化，ＲＧＢ数据图象向ＰＣＸ标准图象格式的转换，ＰＣＸ图象的压缩与解压缩以及压缩图象的存贮管理等内容．

With the increase of the technical specifications of computer monitor, the function of application software with pictures is stronger and stronger. It becomes more important to see that the source of images is taken and processed and managed. Pickup of real images by video camera becomes normal method of taking original information because the information of real images by video camera is continuity. Based on this pickup method of original information the digitization of camera information and the conversion of RGB digital image to PCX standard format and compressing and uncompressing of PCX image and stored management of compressed images are researched.
