为了克服现有企业经济效益综合评价方法中存在的不足，将灰关联分析方法引入到企业经济效益评价中，给出了企业经济效益综合状况灰关联分析的具体步骤，包括比较序列的确定、参考序列的构造、原始数据的无量纲化处理、灰关联系数和灰关联度的计算化及结果分析等．针对实际运用，在比较序列选取、参考序列构造和指标区分等方面可能出现的问题进行了分析。

To introduce the grey relational analysis to synthetical analysis of enterprise economic benefit in order to evaluate the enterprise benefit status more correctly. The detailed procedures of the method have been put forward, including the comparative series selecting, reference series constructing, grey relational grade calculating, result analyzing and some problems worth paying attention to in the practical application. The purpose is to provide a useful method for synthetical analysis of enterprise economic benefit.
