摘要
学生的自我认同就是学生对"我是谁"的回答和体验。教育理应成为引导、促进和实现学生自我认同的力量。然而,当下教育中,学生自我认同呈现出诸多危机:学生缺乏个人经历连续性的一致的感受、学生的独特性淹没于教育的标准化和均质化中、学生寻求与"环境的妥协"以规避风险、学生对外在价值的过分趋同。引导学生超越自我认同危机应是教育的应然姿态:教育应是关注人的教育、教育应关注学生自我意识和自我认同能力的培养、教育应引导学生对个人经历连续性的理解。
Students' self-identity refers to their answers to and experience of the question "Who am I".Education should guide,promote and realize self-identification of students.However,current education shows a lot of crisis of students' self-identity.For example,the students lack consistent feeling over the continuity of their personal experience;their uniqueness is overwhelmed by the standardization and homogenization of education;they try to seek compromise with "environment" so as to avoid risks;and they show excessive convergence over external value.Education is expected to guide students to surpass the crisis of their selfidentity,which means education should be the education concerned about the people,education should be concerned about the cultivation on students' competence of self-awareness and self-identity,and education should guide students to understand the continuity of their personal experience.
