摘要
决策科学化的政策倡导环境,推动了科学研究在政策制定过程中的运用。分析研究者和决策者在真实、微观的规划过程中的互动行为,有利于进一步了解二者之间的关系。而话语分析作为一种研究视角,可以帮助我们来反思教育规划中主要参与者的辩论、商议及说服的行为,探究真实的规划过程中"谁来说,为什么说,说什么和怎样说"。
In the environment that the scientific policy-making is promoted,more and more researches have been used in the process of policy-making.The analysis of the interactive behavior between decision-makers and researchers in real and microcosmic planning will help us further understand their relationship.Discourse analysis will help us reflect the major participants' debating,discussing and convincing behavior in education planning,and it will also help us find out who says it,why they do it,what they say,and how they express it.
