高血压病人血清一氧化氮水平变化及药物干预的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察高血压病人血清一氧化氮(NO)的水平及药物干预的影响。方法应用比色法测定了30例正常人和60例轻中度原发性高血压病人的血清NO水平,其中50例高血压病人在应用卡托普利、苯那普利或硝苯地平治疗6周至8周后,复查了血清NO的浓度。结果高血压病人血清NO水平较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01),Ⅱ期病人明显低于Ⅰ期病人(P<0.05),经卡托普利或苯那普利治疗后血清NO水平明显升高(P<0.05),硝苯地平治疗后无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论高血压病人体内NO水平显著降低,卡托普利或苯那普利治疗后NO水平明显升高。提示NO在高血压病的发生发展中有一定的作用。 Aim \ To investigate the changes of nitric oxide (NO) level in serum and pharmaceutical interference in patients with hypertension.\ Methods \ The NO level in serum were measured in patients with hypertension in different stages(stage:30,stage:30)and normotensive subjects(30).\ Results \ The NO level in serum in patients of stage and stage hypertension(57.4518.58 mol/L and 46.1317.67 mol/L)were significantly lower than that of control group (68.5216.43 mol/L,P<0.05 and P<0.01). In patients of stage hypertension NO were significantly lower than that of stage(P<0.05).The NO level in serum in patients with hypertension after captopril (25 mg75 mg/d,n=21) or benazepril (5 mg20mg/d,n=17) treatment for 6 w8 w (58.5819.72 mol/L)were significantly higher than those before treatment(48.718.16 mol/L,P<0.05). NO significant change was observed in the nifedipine group (20 mg60 mg/d,n=12;47.2418.95 mol/L,50.7618.36 mol/L,P>0.05).\ Conclusion The NO level in serum inpatients with hypertension was lower than that of normal controls, and was significantly increased after captopril or benazepril.
