摘要
运用政治学、经济学理论分析政府竞技体育管理职能的基本含义,讨论市场经济条件下我国政府竞技体育管理职能变迁的方向。认为:在由体育大国向体育强国迈进的过程中,政治功能不可能成为发展竞技体育的唯一价值取向,并且这一中心领域对其他领域的限制程度将会逐步弱化;应根据竞技体育产品的性质,明确政府自身的职能定位,在竞技体育领域形成多中心治理格局。
Using theories of politics and economics, the present paper analyzed the basic connotations of governments' functions in competitive sports management and discussed the direction of Chinese governments' function transformation in competitive sports management in the market economy. It concluded that in the process of striving for strong sports power from big sports power, political function is unlikely to become the only value in the development of competitive sports and the restriction of this central domain on other domains will be gradually weakened. Besides, the government' s functions should be clarified according to the nature of competitive sports products and multi- centered administration pattern should be formed in competitive sports management,
