自行车运动员下肢肌肉sEMG特征及与输出功率的相关性 被引量:15

sEMG Features of Lower Limb Muscles and Its Correlations with Output Power of Bicycle Athletes

摘要 采用实验法,对运动员60 s全力蹬踏自行车下肢肌肉sEMG变化特征及与输出功率的相关性进行研究。结果显示:随着运动时间的延长和疲劳的加深,各肌肉表面肌电信号频域指标MF逐渐减小,MF与平均功率之间的相关性也达到显著性水平,提示其可作为评价自行车运动过程中运动员疲劳程度的指标。60 s全力蹬踏自行车运动后运动员股直肌和腓肠肌外侧肌肉MF值下降均特别明显,提示其在整个运动过程中的疲劳程度较深,可将其作为重点训练的肌群。 Using the experimental method, the paper studied the sEMG features of lower limb muscles and its correlations with output power under 60s' all-out bicycle pedaling. The findings revealed that as time went on and fatigue developed, the MF indexes of surface electromyography (EMG) signals (SEMGs) was decreasing, the correlations of MF with the average power were all significant, showing that MF can be the sensible index of assessing the fatigue of lower limb muscles in bicycling. After the 60s all-out bicycle pedaling, the MF values of rectus femoris and gastrocnemius both decreased significantly, which indicated that during the whole activity, severe fatigue developed in both rectus femoris and gastrocnemius. Therefore, Rectus femoris and gastrocnemius should be the focus for muscle training.
