摘要 在光照条件下,辅酶NADH模型物可以直接还原α,β-环氧酮为β-羟基酮,并且活性强弱顺序为:AcrH2>BNAH>HEH。 Coenzyme NADH models can directly reduce α,β-epoxy ketones to form β-hydroxy ketones under irradiation,and the reactivities of the three coenzyme NADH models were:AcrH2BNAHHEH.
