摘要
循环流化床锅炉受热面磨损是对循环流化床锅炉正常运行构成的三大威胁(磨损、给煤不畅、排渣困难)之一。磨损(受热面、耐火材料、风帽等)造成的停炉事故接近停炉总数的50%,在很长时间内成为影响循环流化床锅炉推广应用的主要障碍。结合工艺和生产管理,提出了循环流化床锅炉金属件的防磨措施。
Heating surface wearing in circulating fluidized bed boiler is the one of the third threatens(wearing,feed the coal difficult,slag discharging difficult)during in normal operation.Because of the wearing(heating surface,refractory materials,tuyere and so on)lead to the furnace stop accident occupied 50% in amount of the total quantity with stop furnace.In along time become the main obstacle with popularization and application of circulating fluidized bed boiler.
