利用计算机辅助设计技术已经越来越受到研究人员的重视,它可以实现快速有效的设计而且可以优化产品的结构与性能。随着真空灭弧室不断走向小型化,其内部绝缘的优化设计至关重要,本文介绍一种比较简便实用的有限元分析软件——Ansoft Maxwell,运用其强大的电场分析功能,对所设计的小型化真空灭弧室内部电场进行定性分析,进而实现对小型化真空灭弧室内部结构的优化设计,使其获得较高的绝缘水平。
