摘要
利用计算机辅助设计技术已经越来越受到研究人员的重视,它可以实现快速有效的设计而且可以优化产品的结构与性能。随着真空灭弧室不断走向小型化,其内部绝缘的优化设计至关重要,本文介绍一种比较简便实用的有限元分析软件——Ansoft Maxwell,运用其强大的电场分析功能,对所设计的小型化真空灭弧室内部电场进行定性分析,进而实现对小型化真空灭弧室内部结构的优化设计,使其获得较高的绝缘水平。
The use of calculator assistance design technique has already been valued by the researchers, it can carry out the fast valid design, and optimum the structure and the function of the product. With the vacuum interrupter continuously go to smaller, its inner part insulate optimum design get more importance. This paper introduces an analysis software-Ansoft Maxwell, which use an analysis function of strong electric field to design small vacuum interrupter in electric filed to qualitative analysis, then carry out small vacuum interrupter within the structure of optimum design, making it acquire to highly insulate level.
