摘要 目的:探讨骨肿瘤穿刺组织流式细胞计分析的可行性及临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞计对30例骨肿瘤穿刺组织进行了DNA含量测定及细胞周期分析。男20例,女10例。年龄平均321岁。骨肉瘤和骨巨细胞瘤各10例,尤文肉瘤4例,软骨肉瘤、骨纤维肉瘤和转移癌各2例。穿刺组织大小在18mm×20mm~18mm×30mm大小不等。结果:二倍体6例,异倍体24例。S期细胞百分数大于15%的14例,小于或等于15%的16例。统计学分析表明穿刺组织的DNA含量、S期细胞百分数与预后、外科分期无关。结论:骨肿瘤穿刺组织适于流式细胞计分析,但并不能完全反映肿瘤的生物学行为,仅是病理学检查的辅助手段。 Objective:To investigate the feasibility and clinical significance of flow cytometry analysis in needle biopsy specimens of bone tumors.Method:The DNA content and cell circles of 34 needle biopsy specimens of bone tumors were measured by flow cytomtry.There were 20 males,10 females and with the mean age of 32 1 years.These included 10 cases of osteosarcoma,10 giant cell tumor of bone,4 Ewing sarcoma,2 chondrosarcoma,2 osteo fibrosarcoma,2 metastatic carcinoma,the specimen size ranged 1 8mm×2 0mm-1 8mm×3 0mm.Results:There were 6 of diploidy,24 aneuploidy,S phase cell percentage(SPP)>15% in 14 cases,SPP<15% in 16.Analyzing these results,we found that there were no relationships between the DNA content,SPP of biopsy specimens,prognosis and surgical classification.Conclusion:The biopsy specimens were suitable for flow cytometry,but its results could not reflect the tumor biological behaviors completely.
