钻井机械液压油受污染的危害与控制

The Hazard and Control of the Contamination of the Drilling Mechanical Hydraulic Oil

钻井设备由于多处于室外,工作中受外界环境的影响很大,在实际的使用过程中,很容易出现液压油的污染情况,严重影响了动力的传递,因此对液压油污染的控制就显得尤为重要。为了保证钻井机械液压系统能够安全、可靠的运行,对液压系统中液压油污染的危害及原因进行分析,对液压油污染程度的检测及液压油污染的控制提出了方法和措施,以达到工作过程中的污染控制。

Since most of the drilling machinery is at outdoor locations and it suffers several influences from outdoor environment during operation,hydraulic oil is easily contaminated.Such oil seriously influences the power transmission.Therefore,it is extremely important to control the contamination.In order to ensure the safe hydraulic system and reliable operation,we analyze the hazard and reason of hydraulic oil contamination.The measures for contamination test and the control of contamination are proposed in order to reach the goal of controlling the contamination.
