聚合物对抹灰砂浆性能的影响

The influence of polymer on the properties of plaster mortar

预拌抹灰砂浆中的聚合物的种类和掺量对砂浆的性能有着重要的影响。本文研究纤维素醚、乳胶粉等聚合物对抹灰砂浆的保水性、柔韧性和力学性能的影响,并着重探讨了添加剂对加气混凝土基面粘结性能的影响,结果表明纤维素醚能够显著提高砂浆的保水性、粘聚性和柔性,提高抗下滑性能和减少开裂;纤维素醚和乳胶粉均能够提高砂浆的粘结力。

Both cellulose ether and vinyl co-polymer are the mainly additives for plaster mortars which will affect its performance seriously.The impacts of cellulose ether and vinyl co-polymer for plaster mortars on water retention,flexibility and adhesive strength are studied.The results show that cellulose ether can improve water retention,flexibility and cohesiveness which will reduce crack;Cellulose ether and vinyl co-polymer will both improve adhesive strength.
