摘要
采用单因素和正交试验设计探讨超声辅助提取枳实中橙皮苷的最佳工艺。枳实样品碱化后用乙醇超声辅助提取,用分光光度法测定橙皮苷含量。最优提取条件为:4倍量65%乙醇-NaOH溶液(pH为13),50℃超声提取3次每次50min,加HCl调节pH至7,静置析晶10h,3批枳实样品橙皮苷平均含量为32.3mg/g。超声辅助碱水提取枳实中橙皮苷的方法简便可行。
To study on the ultrasonic-associated alkali extraction of hesperidin from Citrus aurantium by singlefactor and orthogonal test.Hesperidin was extracted with ethanol-NaOH and determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry.The optimal ultrasound-associated extraction conditions were 4 times the mass of 65 % ethanol-NaOH(pH=13) at 50 ℃ for 50 minitus and extracting 3 times,the extract was precipitated for 10 hours at pH=7.The content of hesperidin was 32.3 mg/g.The optimal extraction technology was stable and feasible.
