摘要
对分离提纯得到的川产天麻多糖结构进行分析,结果如下:天麻粗多糖重均分子量为4.23×105,分散系数3.66,最大值达到1.38×106u。经HPLC分析,GPSa的分子量为4.97×105u,主要由葡萄糖构成,还含有少量的鼠李糖和甘露糖,其鼠李糖:甘露糖:葡萄糖=1:1.07:67.24。经红外光谱(IR)、1H和13C核磁共振(NMR)结构分析确定其糖链主要结构为α-(1→4)吡喃型D-葡萄糖。
Analyzing the structure of the Gastrodia elata BL polysaccharides which produce from Sichuan Province and the results showed those as follow.The weight-average molecular weight of GPS is 4.23 ×10^5 u,dispersible modulus is 3.66 and the max molecular weight is 1.38×10^6 u.The molecular weight of GPSa is 4.97× 10^5 u by analyzed with HPLC.It was made up of glucose,little rhamnose and mannose(the rate is 67.24:1:1.07).Then through IR,^1H,^13C NMR,the results showed that the main polysaccharide chain was α-(1→4).
