摘要
采用小龙虾虾壳作为原料,用胰蛋白酶水解法提取生物蛋白钙,正交试验结果表明:酶解在pH=7.0,温度为50℃,加酶量为1%,酶解时间为2h的条件下进行,提取率达26.6%。利用紫外分光光度法测定蛋白质的含量,用原子吸收法测定钙的含量,产品蛋白质含量可达27.5%,钙的含量为5.8%,产品可作为高级饲料及补钙制剂,同时变废为宝,促进小龙虾养殖与加工业的发展。
The experimental use of shrimp shell as a raw material extraction,hydrolysis by trypsin extracts of biological protein calcium,the most suitable extraction conditions of pH =7.0,temperature of 50 ℃,plus 1 % of enzyme,digestion time of 2 h conditions,extraction efficiency 26.6 %.The use of UV 215 nm and 225 nm in the difference of protein content calculated.At the same time,determined by atomic absorption of calcium content,the process is simple,after extraction by up to 27.5 % protein content,calcium content was 5.8 %.The promotion of new types of calcium have a more far-reaching significance,while at the same time can achieve the effect of recycling.
