摘要
水果罐头中添加的合成色素大部分被果肉所吸附,为充分提取色素,优化水果罐头中合成色素的测定方法。采用无水乙醇-氨水溶液浸泡、离心,提取被杏果肉吸附的柠檬黄、日落黄,高效液相色谱法测定。柠檬黄、日落黄的平均回收率分别为99.32%和98.96%,相对标准偏差分别为0.51%和0.33%。
Synthetic pigment added to canned fruit is adsorbed by pulp,in order to fully extract the pigment,optimize the determination of synthetic pigment in canned fruit.This study extracts the tartrazine and sunset yellow adsorbed by apricot pulp with dipping in anhydrous ethanol-ammonia and centrifuging,and determines with high performance liquid chromatography.The average recovery rate of tartrazine and sunset yellow was 99.32 % and 98.96 %,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.51 %,and 0.33 % respectively.
