摘要 海胆是一种不可多得的的海珍品,其不仅具有较高的营养价值和食用价值,而且具有极高的药用价值,这些药用价值主要是由于其含有的一些活性物质所致。对海胆及其共附微生物的活性物质及其生物活性研究进展进行综述。 The sea urchin is a rare seafood,it has not only high nutritional value and food value but also skyscraping officinal value which resulted from some active substances in it.In this paper,active substances of sea urchin and symbiotic microorganism and the advance in the research of biological activity were described.
