摘要
综述天然植物中花色苷的研究应用现状。通过大量文献调研并结合自身的试验检测结果进行整理。对花色苷的植物来源、结构特点、成分的液相分析、生理功效及其应用等进行综述。将促进天然植物中花色苷成分的比较,为其开发利用奠定基础。
To review the research and development of anthocyanins from natural products.To retrieve literature and detect the anthocyanidin of many kinds of natural products using HPLC.This paper give an overview of the plant source of anthocyanins,their figures and HPLC analysis of constituents,their biology-functions and application to health supplement food.Apart from imparting color to plants,anthocyanins also have an array of health-promoting benefits.
