摘要
针对目前汽车电动助力系统开发过程中研发成本较高,难度较大的问题,通过搭建硬件在环仿真试验台,利用仿真的方法,设计并搭建该试验台进行部分实验验证。利用VC模块化技术,实时参数在线调整和硬件在环仿真功能,表明该试验台具备良好的在环仿真功能,能够模拟负载实现各种工作工况,为实际试验和产品开发提供仿真依据和参考。
To deal with the problems of high cost and great difficulty in the current development of HIL simulator for Electrical Power Assisted system(EPS),this paper has designed and conducted some experimental verification by building hardware in the loop simulator and adopting simulation methods.By using the modular technology of Virtual C++ and adjusting real-time parameters on-line and hardware in-the-loop simulation,this paper indicates that the device works well in the function of in-the-loop simulation,and it is capable to simulate all kinds of EPS working conditions for the actual tests,which provides basis and reference for real tests and products development.
