摘要
在干旱识别的基础上,采用模糊聚类迭代模型,以模糊权重代表评估指标的重要性,提出以级别特征值评估干旱严重程度的新方法.该方法对干旱评估的准确度较高,为干旱的研究提供了一种新的途径.
Based on the identification of the drought phenomenon, interactive computing model of fuzzy classification is proposed. The rank feature value is used to judge drought degree. The recognition precision is better. This method provides a new way for the drought research.
