The innovation of Binhai New Area＇s economic management system concerning foreign affairs is to innovate at the main aspects of it according to the real need of Binhai New Area＇s exploitation and opening to the outside world. The Innovation consists of financial management system, foreign investment management system, foreign trade management system and custom management system. The article stud- ies the essential questions of Binhai New Area＇s economic management system concerning foreign affairs at first, then studies the connotation, extension and characters of it.
