摘要
针对某电厂600 MW四角切向燃烧锅炉,建立其三维物理模型及冷态流场κ-ε数学模型,结合冷态性能试验,利用CFD软件平台模拟炉内空气动力场。在设计工况下数值模拟结果与冷态试验结果基本一致,验证了所建数学模型的正确性和可靠性。同时还模拟了其余3个工况,得到的结果都较为合理。为进一步完善锅炉冷态空气动力场试验和进行热态燃烧调整试验提供理论依据。
Building a physical three-dimensional model and a cold flow field-κ-ε math model to simulate aerodynamic field in furnace by CFD platform together with the cold performance tests.Under the design condition,the result of numeric simulation remains the same with that of cold condition tests,which verifies the correctness and reliability of the math model.At the same time,three other conditions are also simulated,the result of which is reasonable.The work improves tests for cold aerodynamic field and provides theoretical basis for hot condition burning adjusting.
