湿法烟气脱硫系统的设计优化

摘要 随着国内火电厂烟气脱硫工程的投产,生产运行中总结出的经验教训不断地促进了国内脱硫设计水平的提高。在总结脱硫系统生产运行的经验基础上,对湿法烟气脱硫系统的S0:吸收系统、烟气系统、石灰石浆液系统、废水处理系统等出现的问题进行了分析,并针对性的提出了脱硫设计上的优化解决方案。 In recent years, the experience of production run constantly raise designing standards of the whole country FGD by the operation of power plant FGD project. Based on the experience of producing and running of FGD system, this article analyzes the problems of the SO2 absorber system, the gas system, the limestone serum system, the waste water treatment system of Wet Flue Gas Desulphurization with limestone gypsum method and put forward the appropriate optimum designing solutions.
