介绍了电力市场的发展过程，研究内容；对国外电力市场现有的发展成果和运行经验进行了总结、分类；特别是对长期合同、期货交易、现货交易、实时交易及辅助服务交易等电力市场的交易类型，POOL模式、NETA模式、PX＋ISO模式等电力交易模式进行了详细的介绍；最后介绍了中国电力市场的发展目标。

This paper introduces the developing process and researching content of the electricity market. The development achievements and operation experience are summarized and classified according to the foreign electricity market. Specially making an introduce to the transaction types of the electricity market, such as long term contract, futures trading, spot transaction, real - time dealing and auxiliary service transaction, and transactional modes such as POOL mode, META mode, PX ＋ ISO mode, finally, this paper analyses the goals of the electricity market in China.
