摘要
攀钢在1200 m3级高炉试验使用捣固焦,通过增大鼓风量,提高风温和富氧率,大幅度提高了煤比、降低了焦比,并使铁损降到6%以下,取得了显著的经济效益。
The paper concluded the successful application of stamp-charged coke on 1200 m^3 BF in Pansteel.Stated that by increasing air blast,oxygen-enriched ratio and hot air temperature,the coal ratio can be improved rapidly.Also,the coke ratio can be reduced.Using the stamp-charged coke,the lose ratio of the iron can be reduced bellow 6%.
