奥巴马就任美国总统后连续推出一系列中东新政,两年多的实践表明,美中东新政的成效不佳,未能实现其战略目标。中东地区四大热点问题难以降温,尽管美国在中东事务中仍居主导地位,但其领导地位正在受到冲击,领导能力逐步衰减,中东政治格局呈现新特点。

Since taking office, the US President Obama has pursued a series of new Middle East policies, which, after two years of implementation, seemed ineffective and did not achieve their intended goals.
