Initial Effects Shown in Africa's Efforts to Cope with the International Financial Crisis

爆发于2008年的国际金融危机给非洲国家造成全方位的冲击。西方国家从非洲进口、对非洲投资、贷款、援助及赴非游客减少,原材料价格下降,从而使非洲国家经济增长受到全方位的冲击。非洲国家政府积极采取应对措施,千方百计化解危机。中国政府多次表示不会减少对非洲的援助,中方将在力所能及的范围内继续增加对非援助,减免非洲国家的债务,扩大对非贸易和投资,加强中非务实合作。

The global financial crisis starting in 2008 has exerted an all-round impact on Africa, while the African governments have taken positive measures to cope with the crisis, doing their best to reduce its negative effects. The Chinese government has reiterated that it will do whatever it can to strengthen its cooperation with Africa by increasing its assistance to Africa, continuing to cancel African debts, and expanding bilateral trade and investment.
