改善电动自行车用蓄电池循环寿命的研究

摘要 由于电动自行车用6-DZM-20蓄电池的高度比6-DZM-10电池的高,针对业内普遍存在6-DZM-20电池较6-DZM-10电池循环寿命短的问题,提出了两种解决办法:①加入胶体电解液,采用特殊配方的超细AGM隔板(增加打浆度为45度的超细玻纤棉比例),显著降低电解液分层;②适当提高装配紧度,隔板厚度增加约0.02 mm,一方面可减少活性物质软化脱落,另一方面紧装配使隔板孔径变小,提高隔板保持电液的能力,也能显著降低电解液分层。检测数据和市场实车使用统计表明,这两种解决方法很有效。 This paper focused on the problem that the lower cycling life of 6-DZM-20 batteries was less than of that 6-DZM-10 batteries because 6-DZM-20 batteries were taller than 6-DZM-10 batteries,and proposed two solutions:① Gel electrolyte and AGMseparator with super fine glass fibers(increase the ratio of glass fibers with beating degree 45°) were used to lower electrolyte stratification.② 0.02 mm more thicker AGMseparators were used to improve plate pressure,which can keep active material softening and shedding.Higher pressure can make pore diameters in the separators smaller,and therefore the electrolyte stratification can be reduced also.Test data and market statistics showed these two solutions were very ef-fective.
