摘要
对铁杂质给铅酸蓄电池带来的危害及铁含量高的原因进行了论述,根据生产、使用维护情况对铁杂质进入蓄电池内部的途径进行了分析,提出了控制措施;为防止蓄电池的报废,重点对铁含量较高蓄电池的去除处理方式进行了研究、试验,并对蓄电池中铁杂质的解决办法及如何监控进行了探讨。
The influences of the iron as impurity on the battery performance and the reasons for the highly iron content in the batteries have been studied in this paper.The approaches of the iron entering the bat-teries have been analyzed according to the production,application and maintenance.The control measures of iron content are given in the paper.In order to keep batteries from failure,our research and tests are fo-cused on the methods of removing impurities also,the solutions and the monitoring methods of iron content have been studied.
