摘要
目的探讨人子宫肌瘤及周围正常子宫平滑肌细胞中表皮细胞生长因子受体(EGFR)的变化及其与雌、孕激素受体的关系。方法选择30例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,子宫肌瘤组(S组)为手术切除的子宫肌瘤组织,对照组分别为子宫肌瘤周围邻近肌层组织(A组)及远离子宫肌瘤5cm的正常平滑肌组织(B组)。应用免疫组织化学亲和素-生物素-过氧化酶复合物(SABC)法检测雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)及EGFR的表达,并对其进行图像分析。结果 3组子宫组织中,ER及EGFR的阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);3组子宫组织中,PR的阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。S组增生期和分泌期子宫组织中ER、EGFR的阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤的生长与子宫肌瘤组织细胞ER、EGFR的表达增强有关。
Objective To explore the change of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in human uterine neoplasms and the nearby normal cells of uterine smooth muscle cells and its relationship with receptors of estrogen and progesterone.Methods Totally 30 patients with uterine neoplasms were enrolled in this study.Tissues obtained from them were divided into three groups:group S:tissues with the neoplasms surgically resected;group A:muscle tissue around the uterine fibroids;and group B:normal smooth muscle tissue 5-cm away from uterine fibroids.The expressions of estrogen receptor (ER),progesterone receptor (PR),and EGFR were detected by immunohistochemical streptavidin-biotin complex (SABC) methods.The images were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of ER and EGFR were significantly different among three groups (P0.01),while the expression of PR has no statistical significance (P0.05).The positive expression rates of ER and EGFR in the uterine tissues of group S were significantly different between proliferative phase and secretory phase (P0.05).Conclusion The growth of uterine leiomyoma is associated with the enhanced expression of ER and EGFR.
