基层医院骨盆旋转复位手法治疗骶髂关节错位58例临床分析

Pelvic Circumvolving Reduction in Sacroiliac Joint Dislocation:Report of 58 Cases

目的分析在基层医院采用骨盆旋转复位手法治疗骶髂关节错位的临床疗效。方法运用骨盆旋转复位法治疗58例骶髂关节错位。结果 58例骶髂关节错位患者,经手法复位痊愈51例,占87.9%;显效7例,占12.1%。总有效率为100%。未发现任何后遗症。结论骨盆旋转复位手法治疗骶髂关节错位,是目前较有效的方法之一,具有操作简便、实用、速效、无后遗症、安全可靠等特点,值得在社区或基层医院推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pelvic circumvolving reduction on sacroiliac joint dislocation. Methods Pelvic circumvolving reduction was used to treat 58 patients with sacroiliac joint dislocation. Results Of 58 patients, 51 were cured by manipulative reduction, accounting for 87. 9% ; 7 had markedly effect, accounting for 12. 1%. The total effective rate was 100%. No lingering effects were noted. Conclusion Pelvic circumvolving reduction in treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation, one of the most effective methods so far, operational, simple, practical, safe and reliable, with quick effect, without sequelae, is worthy of spreading.
