Therapy for Urethral Stricture after Transurethral Vapo-resection of Prostate

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电气化术后尿道狭窄的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析58例经尿道前列腺电气化术后尿道狭窄患者的治疗方法。结果 58例患者,52例排尿满意,满意率为89.7%。结论尿道狭窄是经尿道前列腺电气化术后常见并发症之一,根据不同狭窄部位及程度采用相应的治疗方法,能获得良好的疗效。

Objective To discuss the treatment of urethral stricture after transurethral vapo-resection of prostate.Methods The data of treatment of 58 patients with urethral stricture complicated by transurethral vapo-resection of prostate were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 58 patients,52 were satisfied with their urination,with a satisfaction rate of 89.7%.Conclusion Urethral stricture is one of the common complications caused by transurethral vapo-resection.The satisfactory curative effect can be obtained if the corresponding therapies are adopted according to different places and degrees of urethral stricture.
