在金融危机持续冲击并不断蔓延的近两年时间里,新兴造船国家或多或少遭受到一定程度的冲击和影响,出现了很多问题。各国政府在金融危机来临后及时出台了影响其船舶工业走向的政策和举措,为本国船舶工业顺利度过此次危机铺平了道路。

In last two years,financial crisis spread over the world.It had more or less impact on emerging shipbuilding countries.These countries had to face many issues.Some countries adopted some policies for shipbuilding industry to help shipbuilding enterprises successfully overcoming the financial crisis.
