腹地物流园区建设研究

Research on Hinterland Logistics Park

腹地物流园区的建设对于腹地的经济布局、产业的发展以及腹地所对应港口的发展都有着重大的意义,腹地物流园区可以将腹地的物流资源整合,为企业提供物流基础设施,减少重复运输,加快和完善了现代物流产业的发展,同时也能够达到腹地经济发展与生态平衡保护双赢的低碳经济形态;对于对应的港口,园区可以与港口形成供应链,从而提高港口的竞争力。文中主要阐述了现阶段我国腹地物流园区发展所存在的问题以及对于腹地物流园区建设提出了几点策略,通过合理定位、选址腹地物流园区,提高园区的利用率,从而加快腹地与对应港口发展。

Construction of hinterland logistics park has a great significance on the hinterland economy,industrial development and the development of the port which corresponding hinterland,Hinterland logistics park can be a logistics resource integration,to provide enterprises with logistics infrastructure,reduce duplication of transport,accelerate and improve the development of modern logistics industry,at the same time it also achieve economic development and the hinterland ecological protection balance ,which is a win-win form of low-carbon economy; For the corresponding port,the park can be formed with the port supply chain,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the port. This paper describes the development stage of China＇s hinterland logistics park,the problems in the hinterland of logistics park ,as well as for making some constructive strategies,through a rational position,location of the hinterland logistics park,improve the utilization of the park,thus speeding up the hinterland and the corresponding port development.
