摘要
文中阐述了逆向物流对现代企业的意义和进行逆向物流运作管理的思路方法,提出企业需要从经营战略和供应链的角度,选择逆向物流管理的运作模式,做好系统设计并整合逆向物流与供应链,在完成本企业逆向物流绩效评价的基础上,制定出针对性的改进策略和实施技术。
This paper expounds the reverse logistics and significance of modern enterprise operations management of reverse logistics,put forward the thinking method to business strategy and business from the angle of the supply chain,the choice of reverse logistics management mode of operation,completes the system design and integration of reverse logistics in supply chain,complete with the enterprise performance evaluation of reverse logistics,targeted improvement strategies and implement technology.
