近十年来,我国快递行业高速发展,取得了可观的成效。然而,由于发展体系尚不成熟,也显露出了一系列的问题,尤其是快递作为一个服务性的产业,客户满意度方面的问题将直接决定企业的长足发展。根据当前我国快递行业的发展现状及其所呈现出的问题,由现象到本质,全面分析,从提高客户满意度方面提出应对策略及其措施,为顺丰速运能够在激烈的竞争中稳定发展提供依据。那么,要怎样在当前形势下,提高快递行业客户满意度呢?文中在此对该问题进行探讨。
The last ten years,china's express industry is developing at breakneck speed,and have achieved considerable results. However,due to the system is not ripe,and also revealed a series of problems,especially express as a service industry,the problem of customer satisfaction will be made to the development of enterprise. According to the current delivery situation in our industry and the problem of development,from the phenomenon to the nature ,with the comprehensive analyses and improve customer satisfaction from the proposed strategies and measures to tackle,for increasing speed and down in the violent competition to provide the basis of stability.
