供应商是企业组织管理中的重要一环,甚至是前提性的一环。任何企业所进行的经营与管理模式确立,其前提都要以人为依托,因此供应商成为组织管理影响因素中的总要环节。因此对于供应商的选择模式,成为制约管理模式选择和创新的首要课题之一。文中重点思考关于供应商选择模式的一些问题。

The supplier organization is an important part of management,even the premise of a ring. Conducted any business operation and management to establish,on the premise should be to rely on people,so suppliers to become factors in the organization and management should be part of the total. Therefore,the choice of model for the supplier,as a constraint to management options and one of the first issue of innovation. This article focuses on supplier selection model for thinking some of the problems.
