根据长距离大运量带式输送机的运行特点和线路布置原则,针对线路的水平和垂直走向、转载点设置、中间卸料、输送机控制等方面,针对工程实例进行了讨论,从设计角度对线路布置进行优化,以期达到降低初期投资和运营成本的目的。

According to the operation features and line layout principles of long distance and large capacity belt conveyor,this paper discussed the project example for the horizontal and vertical direction of lines,reproduced point set,the middle of unloading,conveyor control,etc,and optimized the layout of the circuit from a design point of view to achieve lower initial investment and operating costs.
