图像传感器用于尺寸测量的技术是非常有效的非接触测量检测技术,被广泛地应用于各种加工件的在线检测和高精度、高速度的检测技术领域。线阵CCD图像传感器具有高分辨率、高灵敏度、像素位置信息强、结构紧凑及其自扫描等特性,由线阵CCD、光学成像系统、计算机数据采集和处理系统构成的一维尺寸测量仪器,具有测量精度高、速度快、应用方便灵活等特点。这种测量方法往往无需配置复杂的机械运动机构,从而减少了产生误差的来源,使测量更准确、更方便。

Image sensor is an effective non-contact measurement detection technology using in the size measurement,which was widely used in various fields of the on-line detection and processing of high-precision,high-speed detection. Linear array CCD image sensor was employed for its high resolution,high sensitivity,pixel location,structure compact and self-scanning features. One dimension size measurement,consisting of linear array CCD,optical imaging systems,computer data acquisition and processing system,has the advantages of high measure precision and speed,easy to use. This measurement is often no need to configure complex mechanical system,so the measurement is more accurate and more convenient for reducing the source of errors.
