摘要
SYB是英文Start Your Business的简称,其中文意译为"创办你的企业",是中国劳动和社会保障部从国际劳工组织引进的一项培训项目,旨在推动下岗失业人员自谋职业和自主创业。江汉油田自2007年9月开始在职工培训中心开展此培训项目。作者从参加SYB培训的学员情况和油田现阶段就业环境进行分析,提出了以参与式的教学方式提高教学的实用性和教学水平。这种教学方式对开展SYB培训提供了有益的参考与借鉴。
SYB（short for Start Your Business） is a training programme introduced from International Labour Organization by China＇s Ministry of Labor and Social Security（MOLSS） in order to motivate laid-off workers in becoming self-employed.Jianghan Oilfield Training Center for Staff and Workers has introduced it since September,2007.Through the analysis of the trainees and employment environment,the author has put forward a participatory teaching method to improve the teaching practicability as well as its level.This method provides a helpful reference for SYB training.
