职业教育的目标是培养出具有一技之长和具有一定的操作技能的技术人才,其目标是与市场需求接轨的,因此,我们必须调整我们的办学方针,不急功近利,片面追求招生人数,而把办学质量放在首位,以质量促就业、以就业促招生、以招生促发展。突出办学质量,明确工作方向,形成一个良性循环,使就业不难、招生不愁。

The aim of vocational education is to cultivate technical staff with a professional and operating skill.It is in line with market needs.Therefore,the author advocates adjusting school policies and putting teaching quality first instead of only pursuing number of students to seek quick success and instant benefits,thus forming a good circulation in which education quality promotes employment,pushing recruiting program in return so that vocational education can be developed well.
