摘要
江汉油田供应处担负着企业的物质供应工作,搞好物流外包工作,有利于提高企业物流效益,降低成本,促进物流的合理化。要搞好这项工作,就必须制定合理的物流外包业务方案,强化物流业务外包的管理和监控,以期实现长期的、战略的、相互渗透的、互利互惠的合作。
Jianghan Oil Field Supplies Department is responsible for material supplies to enterprises for which a good job in logistics outsourcing may help businesses raise logistics efficiency,cut costs and facilitate a reasonable logistics procedure.Thereupon an appropriate logistics outsourcing plan is required to strengthen the management and monitor of the business in an aim to attain a long and strategic cooperation in terms of interdependence and mutual benefit and reciprocity.
