油田生产现场中的浪费主要是物料的浪费,减少浪费是现场管理中不可回避的一个问题,他涉及企业的方方面面,直接体现了石油企业的综合管理水平和市场竞争力。
Waste of supplies is a main problem in oilfield producing site.Reducing waste must be addressed in managing worksite,which refers to every aspect of oil business and reflects its integrated management level and market competitive power.
