平肝益肾中药颗粒治疗广泛性焦虑的观察

Observation on treating generalized anxiety by Pinggan Yishen TCM granule

目的：比较平肝益肾中药配方颗粒与阿普唑仑治疗广泛性焦虑的临床疗效及副反应。方法：采用随机分组的方法将符合CCMD．3诊断标准的78例广泛性焦虑症患者分为平肝益肾中药颗粒组简称中药组（39例），阿普唑仑纽（39例）。两组患者均用药治疗观察6周，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、Hamilton焦虑量表（HAMA）、副反应量表（TESS）进行疗效与副反应评定。结果：通过6周的开放性对照研究后发现，中药组与阿普唑仑组疗效相当（P〉0．05）且副反应少。结论：平肝益肾中药配方颗粒治疗广泛性焦虑症安全有效，不良反应少，依从性好。

Objective： To compare the clinical effect of treating generalized anxiety by Pinggan Yishen TCM granule and alprazolam. Methods： 78 cases of generalized anxiety were randomly divided into TCM group （39 cases）, alprazolam group （39 cases）. To assessment the effect and side effects of 2 groups by SAS, HAMA, TESS for 6 weeks. Results： The effect of TCM group is the same as alprazolam group （P〉0.05） and the side effects is small. Conclusions： Treating generalized anxiety by Pinggan Yishen TCM granule is safe and effective.
