中西医结合在慢性盆腔炎中的效果研究

Effective study on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the integrative medicine

目的：探讨中西医结合在慢性盆腔炎中的效果。方法：选取60例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为2组，治疗组（甲硝唑、青霉素联合少疏气定痛汤组）对照组（甲硝唑联合青霉素组）。结果：治疗组的治疗总有效率和患者满意率高于对照组。结论：中西医结合在慢性盆腔炎中的效果较为肯定。

Objective： To investigate effects of treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the integrative medicine. Methods： To choose 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group （metronidazole, penicillin plus Shaoshu Qidingtong decoction group） control group （metronidazole plus penicillin group）. Results： The total efficiency rate and patient satisfaction rate of treatment group is higher than the control group. Conclusion： Treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the integrative medicine has a good effect.
